Taking into consideration our clients’ needs, we opened an office in Faro, Algarve, in November 2004. The Algarve Department was created in order to answer the needs of British, Irish and other foreign clients seeking legal advice from an independent law firm with international experience.

The Faro Office specializes in property matters. Our clients range from the residential property purchaser to the corporate investor or financial institutions and our expertise includes advice on the way to structure and restructure the ownership of property in a tax efficient way.

We assist clients with the entire process of purchase and sale of a property in the Algarve: from reserving the property at the Real Estate Agent to signing the Public Title Deed and provide for the relevant registrations to be made, as well as for the connection of the utilities.
