With a view to the firm's growth, we give great importance to the training and support of young lawyers. It is the firm's policy that they have a study period outside Portugal and gain practical experience in foreign law firms, allowing them to broaden their legal and cultural horizons.

The Recruitment process

Our annual trainee recruitment process begins in January of each year. The firm receives CV's from universities and directly from candidates. This is followed by a two-stage interview. The selection of candidates is made with a view to training the candidates to stay on with the firm after qualification.
The firm also recruits summer trainees.
On occasion we have vacancies for qualified lawyers and adminstration staff.
